On Jan 18th, SNAP dropped in on the NCFDC's AGM at the Cobourg Community Centre to take a few shots during the pre-meeting gathering in the Grand Hall. This non profit organization works just like it's name implies. They work within the County to help develop, improve and create new businesses through business loans, mentoring and development initiatives for new and existing businesses. During the AGM, they announced the launch of the Scientists and Engineers in Business (SEB) Initiative in Northumberland.
