Marek's Birthday Give-Back

SNAP does not cover the average B-Day party, but this one was a bit different. 2 year old Marek had his party at the Town Park Rec Centre in Port Hope. It was a typical birthday party except the family asked friends and family to take advantage of a large gathering to give back to the community. "Marek is not in need of anything significant for his birthday, however some people in his community are, so we have asked our guests to bring a non-perishable food item to donate and help Marek Give-Back to his community." said his mother Amy. They hope that the idea will inspire others to take advantage of large gatherings or get-together's as an opportunity to give back to people in our community in need. Happy Birthday to Marek, from SNAP!
